Tetrasense Warranty and Return Policy
At Tetrasense, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our warranty and return policy below.

Tetrasense Device Limited One-Year Warranty
- The Tetrasense device is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for the original purchaser only (non-transferable).
- Coverage applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Exclusions (Not Covered)
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage (e.g., drops, liquid exposure, cracks, corrosion).
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly (any tampering voids warranty).
- Use with non-Tetrasense accessories or third-party components.
- Battery degradation (expected wear over time).
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow instructions.
- Devices purchased from unauthorized resellers (only valid for purchases through Tetrasense or approved retailers).
Test Kits & Tetracells Return Policy
- Due to the nature of the disposable test kits, they can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.
- Valid Expiration Date – Must be at least 90 days from the return request date (as indicated on the label).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product received).
Warranty and Return Claim Process
- Contact our customer support team at support@tetra-sense.com to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and details about the issue.
- If approved, you will receive return instructions, including the shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your replacement or refund in accordance with our policy.
Post-Warranty Repairs
- Out-of-warranty repairs (after one year or due to problems not caused by a defect in materials or workmanship) may be available at customer’s expense (shipping + labor fees).
Limitation of Liability
- You acknowledge and agree that you will use the product and related information at your own risk.
- Tetrasense’s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
- Tetrasense is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, exemplary, special or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, medical decisions).
- Results from improper use, storage, or failure to follow instructions.
- Any loss, liability, or damages—including to your home, wiring, devices, pets, or other property—resulting from product use.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated in Tetrasense’s Limited Warranty policy and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Tetrasense disclaims all warranties—whether express, implied, or statutory—including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Where applicable law allows, the duration of any implied warranties is limited to the term of this Limited Warranty.
Your Rights and This Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights under the laws of your state, province, or jurisdiction. Some limitations in this warranty may not apply where prohibited by law. The terms of this warranty will be enforced only to the extent allowed by applicable law. For a complete understanding of your rights, consult your local laws or a consumer protection agency.
Non-Waivable Rights & Severability
The Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties do not override any statutory rights that cannot be waived. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining terms will still apply in full effect.
Disputes & Governing Law
· Tennessee Law Governs All Disputes
o Any legal claim, dispute, or issue arising from your purchase or use of a Tetrasense product—including contract, warranty, or liability claims—will be solely governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, regardless of where you live or where the product was purchased.
o This means Tennessee’s statutes, case law, and legal standards will apply, even if your local laws provide different protections.
· Exclusive Jurisdiction in Davidson County, Tennessee
o All lawsuits or legal proceedings must be filed and resolved only in the:
§ State courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, or
§ Federal courts within the Middle District of Tennessee (Davidson County).
o You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal and State Courts in Davidson County, Tennessee.
o You waive any objection to this venue and agree not to file disputes in any other location, including your home state.
· No Alternative Dispute Locations
o You expressly agree not to pursue legal action in any other state, county, or jurisdiction—even if it would be more convenient or favorable to you.
· Binding Acceptance
o Your use of the product confirms your unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you disagree, you must immediately cease use and return the product (subject to Tetrasense’s Return Policy).
Policy Changes
- Tetrasense may update this policy without prior notice.
